Crossing the bay of Somme

Description
From Le Crotoy to Saint Valery or the other way round, we will go across the bay.
I will be pleased to present to you some of the natural treasures of the bay de Somme.
On the way, through sand banks and salt-marshes, we will be able to watch birds, lots of invertebrates, plants etc.
We will also talk about and see from close the way the bay functions and evolves, the impact of human activities, the tides etc.

Depending on the weather forecast, warm clothes are advisable and sometimes hat, sunscreen lotion…
As for the feet : shoes with which you can walk in 20 to 30 cm of water and locally as much mud.
When it is cold, wellies can be convenient. I can lend you some as long as you tell me the sizes you wish
