In the little Ireland of Ault’s Hâble, on the seawall and chalk cliffs, we slowly decompose the different movements we use when we walk. We listen to the feelings and perceptions of our muscles. The tingling of the Tibetan bowl keeps pace with our frequent stops where we focus on ourselves as we contemplate the magnificent landscape of our Picardy shoreline.
On the way back, in unity with our slow walking, we pay special attention to our breathing. We also make “breathing stops” in synergy with the natural elements of wind, sunshine, the sway of the pebbles, waves, the seabirds. As we walk slowly, I will introduce you the specific flora of our coastline and the geological formation of this very special place.
